At Extreme Rules, Dolph Ziggler will defend his newly captured World Heavyweight Championship against Alberto Del Rio and Jack Swagger in a fast-and-furious Triple Threat Ladder Match. The Ladder Match stipulation was chosen by Del Rio, who earned the right to name the rules after Ricardo Rodriguez won a Triple Threat involving Ziggler and Swagger’s seconds, Big E Langston and Zeb Colter, respectively.
Triple H narrowly avoided early retirement at the hands of Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania, but if The Game thought his trouble with Lesnar would end at The Grandest Stage of Them All, he had another thing coming.
John Cena persevered through a nearly 18-month title drought before reclaiming the WWE Championship at WrestleMania, but if Ryback has his way, Cena’s 11th WWE Title reign will come to a quick and unceremonious end at Extreme Rules.
